He was the sniffer dog of the 26/11 Bomb Squad.
Caesar was the last of the four police dogs who played active role in November 26, 2008.
He was 13-year-old and failed to resist the old age as he was suffering from depression , since his earlier colleagues ,Tiger,Max & Sultan died few months ago. He was unable to walk properly since past few days due to his weakness .
According to activist when Sultan died , Tiger went into depression , since Tiger died Caesar became unwell ; he used to just sit beside Tier`s grave and morn his death.
